About

MENARD DISABILITY LAW

Menard Disability Law is a women-owned, veteran-owned, and LGBTQ-owned law firm dedicated exclusively to Social Security Disability cases. We represent people whose ability to work has been impacted by illness, injury, or long-term medical conditions, and who deserve to be treated with dignity throughout the process.

Founded by attorneys Angela Menard and Autumn Menard, our firm was built with one clear purpose: to make the disability process more accessible, more transparent, and more humane.

    Menard Disability Law

Focused Exclusively on Social Security Disability

Social Security Disability benefits provide critical financial support for people who are unable to work due to a medical condition. For many of our clients, these benefits mean access to stable housing, health care, and day-to-day security.

Because disability law is all we do, we understand the system deeply, from initial applications to appeals and hearings. We handle the details, the deadlines, and the communication with Social Security, so our clients can focus on their health.

Advocating for Veterans

Our firm was founded by U.S. Army combat veteran Angela Menard, and we are deeply familiar with the challenges veterans face when applying for Social Security Disability benefits.

If you’ve served and you are now unable to work, we are honored to advocate for you and help you navigate the process with clarity and respect.

  • How We Handle Disability Hearings

    We Often Recommend Telephonic Hearings

In many cases, we recommend telephonic hearings rather than in-person appearances. Phone hearings can be less stressful, more accessible, and easier to attend for clients managing chronic illness, pain, anxiety, or mobility limitations.

  • Reduce physical and emotional strain

  • Eliminate travel concerns

  • Allow clients to participate from a comfortable, familiar space
